30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zaventral. You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

• Ship: Once approved, we will provide the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality related issues.
• Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
